Many of the dishes are created using a wood and charcoal fire pit which along with marinading, brining and smoking delivers plates of bold flavours and unparalleled quality.

our building has and is being reborn, from being derelict a few years ago, to the eclectic social experience it is now. 

You can buy the home grown and smoked produce in our deli or online and stay in one of our dozen rooms. we also have private cabin options as well, where you can look over the vast fenland landscapes and see the land and farm that has created your meals.
